NEXPER is not responsible for any advice or information provided by experts and will not be held liable for any actions taken based on such advice.

3. User Registration - Users are required to register to access certain features of NEXPER. During registration, users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to regularly update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. User Responsibilities - Users are responsible for their actions on NEXPER. This includes respecting appointment times, promptly paying for services, and adhering to guidelines or rules set forth by experts.

5. Payments and Refunds - Users will transact payments through NEXPER's designated payment system. All payments, once completed, are non-refundable unless explicitly specified by the expert. Users agree to abide by the fees charged and cancellation policies set out by experts in their profiles. Issuing refunds is at the discretion of the experts.

6. Expert Obligations - Experts on NEXPER commit to providing their services professionally and according to the standards or guidelines of their respective industries. Experts are responsible for setting their own fees and cancellation policies.

7. KYC Requirements for Experts - Experts are required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to receive payments. This includes providing correct identification and any other required information. Failure to comply with KYC requirements may result in delays or inability to process payments. NEXPER will not be held liable for any delays in payments due to incomplete or incorrect KYC information.

8. Platform Fees and Payment Schedules - NEXPER reserves the right to change its platform fees in accordance with business needs and market conditions. Additionally, NEXPER reserves the right to adjust payment schedules and frequencies as required by its payment processing systems. Users and experts will be notified of any changes to fees or payment schedules in advance.

9. Disputes and Mediation - Disputes between users and experts should primarily be resolved between the two parties. While NEXPER is not obligated to mediate disputes, it may choose to intervene in exceptional cases. NEXPER reserves the right to mediate any disputes and, if deemed necessary, issue refunds as a result of mediation. Users and experts agree to follow the dispute resolution process outlined in the NEXPER platform if mediation is sought.

10. Intellectual Property - All content on NEXPER, including text, graphics, logos, and software, remains the property of NEXPER or its content suppliers, protected by international copyright laws. Users and experts must respect intellectual property rights and refrain from unauthorized use of protected content.

11. Termination - NEXPER reserves the unilateral right to terminate or suspend any user's access if they violate any terms, without the obligation of prior notice. Termination does not waive any rights or remedies to which NEXPER may be entitled under this agreement or at law.

12. Limitation of Liability - NEXPER is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use the service. This includes, but is not limited to, reliance by users on any information obtained from NEXPER or that results from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files or emails, errors, defects, viruses, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of performance, whether or not resulting from acts of God, communications failure, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to NEXPER’s records, programs or services.

13. Indemnity - Users agree to indemnify and hold NEXPER, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors harmless from any claims or demands, including reasonable attorney fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of their content, violation of these terms, or their use of the platform, including but not limited to their use of the platform’s services, their connection to the platform, or their violation of any rights of another.

14. Modifications to Terms - NEXPER can modify these terms at its discretion. Continuous use after changes indicates users' acceptance of these changes. Users should regularly review the terms to stay informed of any updates.

15. Governing Law - These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
